Service Description

A Functional Movement Screen (FMS), is a way to analyze movement patterns and observe mobility and stability deficits. The purpose of a functional movement screen is to help identify any limitations or asymmetries that may increase your risk of injury. Screening helps ensure that you have a solid movement foundation and can take on more complex exercises or demanding activities. Because a movement screen, or functional movement screen, is simply a measurement tool, anyone can benefit from an evaluation. You do not need to be an athlete to have a movement screen.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and making plans often invites the unexpected, but we do ask for as much time in advance for a cancellation as possible. To reschedule your appointment and offer your appointment slot to another patient, I need at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Please call (970) 235-2632 or email info@thepraxischiro.com to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No-show/no call appointments will be charged the full price of the visit, and cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the total visit.
