Dr. Dickison is passionate about helping you achieve your movement, aging, and strength goals and is now offering a variety of free, and subscription based services to help you and the people you care about feel better. A six-week course dedicated to keeping you active, avoiding injury, and aging strong. Mostability integrates mobility (joint and muscle coordination) and stability (balance and strength), so you can maintain or unlock the foundational movements of life: squatting, reaching, lunging, bending, kneeling, balancing.

Musculoskeletal pain patterns results from the culmination of gravity, repetition, and stagnation which can result in tightness, stiffness, tension, and pain.
Embark on this 5 day a week 5-10 minute routine that when completed just once a day can result in restored mobility, less tension, and gains in strength.
If you are looking for a place to start to counter the stress and strain of computer work this program is just the place.

In this 4-week program you will gain quickness, explosive power, agility that can benefit all type of running. Through a combination of drills and exercises this program is geared toward aiding you in the recovery process.

In this 15-week program you will gain both physical and mental strength. Starting something new can be overwhelming and the worst is when you start and then immediately get injured. This program is designed to keep you safe and injury free and meet you exactly where you are at. Strength is so critical to your health and wellbeing and it is never too late to get started. This program includes weekly checkins with Dr. Rhiannon and requires a 15 week commitment as that is the minimal amount of time needed to see and feel physiological changes. I'm excited to partner with you as this is just the starting line for your movement and strength journey. Let's make it fun and meaningful to you.
