Dr. Dickison is passionate about helping you achieve your movement, aging, and strength goals and is now offering a variety of free, and subscription based services to help you and the people you care about feel better. A six-week course dedicated to keeping you active, avoiding injury, and aging strong. Mostability integrates mobility (joint and muscle coordination) and stability (balance and strength), so you can maintain or unlock the foundational movements of life: squatting, reaching, lunging, bending, kneeling, balancing.

In this 12-week program you will gain both physical and mental strength. Starting something new can be overwhelming and the worst is when you start and then immediately get injured. This program is designed to keep you safe and injury free and meet you exactly where you are at. Strength is so critical to your health and wellbeing and it is never too late to get started.

Lowback pain is one of the most debilitating, annoying, and havoc wreaking issues we experience as humans. Incorporate this prevention program to mitigate and ameliorate lower back symptoms and pain patterns.
Embark on this 4 week journey that balances mobility and strength to keep you moving and strong.
